Now if you?re really serious about getting rid of bingo wings, you have to make sure that you?re getting a full nights rest every night. An abrupt sleep schedule will cause many metabolic changes that will make getting rid of bingo wings like pushing a boulder up a hill.
Getting a full night of sleep will make or break your bingo wing mission.
So without further ado, here are some pointers on how to prevent poor sleep from making your bingo wings bigger:
1. Get some light. Not just any light will do here. I recommend getting a light box which will produce very high intensity light. There are many companies that sell said lights. Use it in the morning for 30-60 minutes. You?ll notice an increase in energy and a sense of ?hyperness.? And you?ll sleep much better.
2. Keep on sleeping later and later. You may have reached the point where going to sleep early and waking up early is impossible. Don?t panic! All you have to do is keep on going forward. In other words, try to sleep about 3 hours later every consecutive day until you wake up at the right time. Then you have to absolutely force yourself to maintain this schedule or you?ll keep on going forward?
3. Get a little hungry. Having a minute caloric drop towards the end of the day will do wonders for your quality of sleep. Not only will you go to sleep faster but you?ll sleep much deeper. Just make sure you aren?t too hungry or else you won?t be able to fall asleep.
4. Stand up. A standing desk could be the best thing for you since sliced bread. Not only will your burn more calories and accelerate that bingo wing loss, but you?ll also build up chemicals in your brain which will help you sleep like a baby. Being sedentary is a prime cause for insomnia.
Learning how to sleep is a necessary step if you?re serious about getting rid of bingo wings. And in this day and age few women actually get the sleep they need. So follow the tips in this article and you?ll be well on your way to bingo wing freedom.
