Myth 3 Low Fat Foods/Diets will make me thin. Again not true. There are so many people on low fat foods/diets we should be a very thin population. Not true. People are getting fatter.
4th Myth Low Carb Plans must be the way to go. Not really. First of all the diet is very strict and not easy to stick to for most people. Plus being on it for a very long time is even more difficult. Plus once you stop the fat returns plus 10 pounds more.
